   兖矿集团大陆机械有限公司厂区占地面积52万平方米，拥有各类主要设备手余台，其中精、大、稀设备60余台。生产制造能力19000吨／年。公司在册职工总人数2000余人，设有铸造、锻造、机械加工、数控加工、铆焊、链条、总装、工具与设备、电器等十一个生产车间和济东、三方等分公司及机械研究所、技术处、营销公司、外贸处等部室。拥有一支实力较强的工程技术人员和专业技术技能的技工队伍，能独立为用户承担各种煤矿运输机械产品的设计与制造，公司还拥有自营进出口经营权，每年有一定数量的煤机产品出口和为高档次产品采用进口部件配套。
