华铸公司是隶属于兖矿集团大陆机械有限公司的专业铸造公司，公司现有人员268人，工程技术人员20余人，其中高级工程师5人，技术力量雄厚，设备、检测仪器、产品质量均属国内一流。公司拥有完整的质量保证体系，通过中质协认定的ISO9001质量体制认证，并与1996年获得自营进出口权。

    公司装备有国内先进的3吨中频电炉一套，5吨/小时冲天炉二台套、20吨树脂砂铸钢生产线一条、10吨树脂砂铸铁生产线一条。配有大型燃气室式铸件热处理炉，20吨、10吨行车等起重设备多台套及室式抛丸清理室4台，可生产各类碳素铸钢件和低、高合金铸钢件、普通铸铁件、球墨铸铁件等。可年产优质铸钢件5000吨，优质铸铁件3500吨。所生产的铸件主要为机床类、箱体类、泵阀类、煤矿机械用滚筒、轮毂、轴承座体、齿轮、槽帮钢等铸件。

    公司多年来做为合作方为德国西门子公司、布朗公司、SEW公司提供优质铸件，并为国内多家大型公司配套减速机、泵阀等产品所需铸件，部分产品出口欧洲、日本、东南亚等国。

    Huazhu Branch is a foundry branch under Yankuang Group Continent Machinery Co.,Ltd. It owns rich technical resources, including over 20 technicians,of whom 5staff are senior engineers. Huazhu is the first level in some field, such as the quality of products, test instruments and equipments.In addition, it passed ISO9001 quality certification system. In 1996 Huazhu has been authorized the power to engage in foreign trade by Ministry of Foreign Traade and Economic Co-operaition of China.

      The company is equiped with a set of 3-tons intermidiate frequency electric furnace, two sets of 5t/h cupoals. Besides the equipments, it owns the producing lines ,includong 20t resin sand steel and 10t resin sand iron. It has a table type gas-burning heat treatment furnace, some 10-t and 20t bridge cranes and 4 sets shot cleaning machines. The company can produce various carbon steel,alloy steel, grey iron, ductile iron castings. The capacity of various goods of steel casting is over 5000t and that of iron castings is over 3500t every year. The banch produces machine tools, gear cases.pump valves for coal mines, pulleys for coal machine, hubs, bearing houses and bodies, gears, middle plate castings.

      The company still sells the high quality castings to Siemens Ltd., HB and SEW. And it sells some castings for gear boxes and pumps to some domestic companies as well. In addition, some casting are exported to Europe, Japan, South-east Asia.
