华圣分公司隶属于兖矿集团大陆机械有限公司，是在原兖州煤矿机械厂圆环链分厂的基础上，面向国内外市场精心科学组建的集工、贸为一体的外向型公司。公司前身兖州煤矿机械厂圆环链分厂，是原煤炭部定点的圆环链生产厂，已有30余年的生产历史，生产的“兖”字牌矿用系列高强度矿用圆环链，以其耐磨损，耐腐蚀、高寿命等特点多次获得部优、省优产品称号。
华圣分公司生产设备先进、研发能力强、检测手段先进齐全。主要产品有：适用于矿山的中小型刮板输送机、胶带输送机；用于水泥行业的链斗式提升机及各种配件；公司努力开拓国际市场，已有多台胶带输送机出口到印度尼西亚、孟加拉等国。根据国外客户需求设计制造了一系列非标链条和各式强力环、子母环，特别是码头链、壕沟链、捆绑链、强力环等系列出口产品一直畅销美、德、法、加拿大等国家，以其先进工艺、可靠的质量、优良的服务赢得了外商们的赞誉。

Machinery Co.,Ltd.Huasheng,whose old name is round-link
chains branch of former Yanzhou Coal Mine Machinery
Factory, is an export-oriented branch with unity of
industry and business, which was founded scientifically.
The former round-rink chains branch, which has the
history of producing chains over 30 years, was a factory
of producing round-link chains authorized by the former
Ministry of coal industry of China.The series of high
strength round-link chains for coal mines, which is
called “兖”trade mark, were awarded many times Good
Quality Medal by ministry of coal industry of China and
Shandong provice for wear-resisting, corrosion-resisting
and long service life.
Huasheng branch is not only equipped with modern
machines, but it also owns stronger ability of research
& development. And its test methods are advanced and
complete. The main products include: medium and small
types scraper conveyors, belt conveyors for mines,
bucket elevators for cement industry and various spare
parts. The branch makes great efforts to open up the
foreign market, as a result, some belt conveyors has
been exported to Indonesia, Bangladesh etc. In addition,
as an export-oriented branch, we design and manufacture
series of non-standard chains and various strength links
and composite links in accordance with the requirements
of forcign purchasers. Especially, the series of export
products including harbour chains, moat chains, long
link lashing chains and strength links are well received
by the foreign purchasers for advanced in working
process, reliable in quality, excellent in service. The
products have been sold well to America, France,
Germany, Canada and etc. for over 30 years.
Huasheng branch is located in the city of Yanzhou
where Beijing-shanghai and xinxiang-shijiu
railway lines cross. It is advantageous in
location and convenient in communications. There are
numerous places of historic inerest and scenic beauty
around Yanzhou, Mount Taishan is in the north. It
neighbours a mists and ripples of lake weishan in the
south. Liangshan, where some tales of
peasant herose who believed in loyalty and
humanity took place in the song dynasty of china is in
the west. Qufu, a sacred place, which is the birthplace
of the great thinker and educationalist Confucius in the
ancient China is located in the east.
