       Yankuang Group Sanfang Steel Stracture Limited Company   are   consist  of  Yankung  Group  Continent  Machinery Co.Ltd. and   Yankuang  Designing Institute and Xnlu Tie-up Setting  Engineering Limited Company . As  three  side Cooperation, achieved alliance strong by strong.
       Yankung  Group  Dalu  [ Continent ]  Machinery  Co.Ltd.( YGDM)  is  a  large  special   corporation  for   produce  coal - conveyor ,  drainage,   and   timbering  equipments.   It  is   located   in  the  north   suburb  of  Yanzhou   City.   
     The    Jing - hu   railway   (Beijing    to   Shanghai)   and   Shi - xin   railway  (Rizhao  to  Xinxiang)   cross  t hrough   the  city,  Ji-wei   state  road  (Jinan to Weishan)  through  the  factory  to  connect   with  327 state way   and 104 state road .  So  the  traffic  are  very  expediency.    
      YGDM   was   build   in  1958， It   is  designed  by  Shanghai  Coal-mine  design  institute， denomination  is  Yanzhou  Coal-Mine  Machonery  Factory(YCMMF).  The  state  confirm  that   the total fund  are  20000  thousands  yuan，annual   output   reached   30   thousand   tons， and   4000   staffs 。 In  1959,   the  simplicity production  had    beginning.  In  order accelerated   the  building  speed,  the  state  coal  industry  ministry  direct the  factory  amalgamated  with  Hongshan Mineing machinery  factory,  to  become  today’s  Yanzhou Coal  Mine Machinery Factory. Now named  Yankuang Group  Continent  Machinery Co.,Ltd (YGCM)  as reorganized.   
    As the time’s goes on, YCGM are developing and growing steadily, The Company’s dimension  had  reached 520000  square metres, and architecture dimension had 220000 square metres . It is own 2680  staffs,  and  300  engineers  and  technicans . YCGM  possess  full  course  quality undertake system for products quality control (ISO9001), and two special railways, the traffic is very expediency.      There are 1000 main  production  equipments ,  the  productive  capacity reach 13000 tons , annual output is two hundred  millions yuan, and profits tax twenty eight millions yuan.  
     Since YCGM was building 40 years,  depend  on  hard  work, the  factory  had been developed  very greatly. The new products are turn up on and on, the output had persistanced  growth.

      Xnlu Tie-up Setting Engineering Co.Ltd.    possess  full  course  quality undertake system for products quality control (ISO9001), and   Multi-honor  appellation  confered  by  State  Building  Ministry    and  China  Construction  Corporation Association,   that   is  Set Fix Construction First  level  Corporation  and  Mining   Architecture   Fix  First  level   Corporation  and   State  Optimum  ＆ Excellence   Construction  Corporation.  It  is  own 1206  staffs,  and  180  engineers  and  technicans .  
      
      Yankuang  Designing Institute  was   build   in  1971，  It is  one  of the  Ten  Excellence Institute. It is  own 113  staffs,   and  29   Senior   engineers   and   39   engineers   and   2    First    grade   Register    Architects   ,   12    Register    Supervision     Engineers.  The   Institute  have  B grade   qualification  for  works  Supervision and  Consultation  and  Coal  Architecture  Design, and C Grade Engineering   Measurement   ＆  Engineering   Geology,  It  can be   independent  assumed  the design  and   mark out  for   middle  mine,  and  can  be   designed   the   industry   or  civil   architecture  at   scope  of   the  B  grade.
