With many yesrs’ technology accumulation, the belt conveyor
products produced by the Continent Company now possess vsrious

has formed various belt conveyors in bandwidth(500—2200mm)，angles(up
30°,down-25°,vertical
lifting 90°),traffic capacity(such as
capacity of 6000 tons/hour),types(such as fiat turning belt
conveyors etc.) and series products with all kinds of
specifications.

belt conveyor series products are awarded the Famous Brand in
Shandong Province.
●The
hydraulic braking technology，flying
belt capturing technology and materials antiskid technology of
downward -25°large angle belt conveyors,
won 1997
national-level new products title．

Sticky soft-start devices used in the soft start of heavy-duty
conveyor won 1999 national -level new products title．1n
2005，

with Australia Nepean Company and applied their control and
friction-chip technology，which
made this product have a qualitive leap in quality.

company has introduced the touched type sealing technology of high
service roller life from U.K.FSW Company，and
the roller made by the company passed
U.K．FSW
50000 hours life test in 1993．

1996，the
company firstly self-designed belt conveyor with 2.2m bandwidth and
capacity of 6,000tons/hour in domestic．

provided matching products to Yankung Group “15” key
projects which has annual production capacity of 6,000,000 tons.
Company has self-developed the first domestic working surface
sequence extensibte belt conveyor with bandwidth of 1.4meters, speed
of 4.5m/s, length of 2000 meters, transportation capacity of 3500
tons/hour and working surface with forward sequence groove, which
was awarded the second prize of scientific and technological
prograss of Yankung Group.

In 2003, Company has self-developed the first sequence extensible
belt conveyor with belt speed of 3.55 meters/sec，transportatin
capacity of 1800 tons/hour, up-transporting 23°
angle working surface.

2007，having
digested and absorbed the domestic and foreign advanced production
technology，the Continent Company has
successively developed a series of products around the belt
conveyors suvh as new fluid visoussoft start, hydraulic tension,
disk brakes, check device, computer control box and other products,
and achived the localization of key technologies of the belt
conveyor. Now the matching products has been provided with the host
machines from factory.
